Great White Lake is located in Tariat Soum, Arkhangai provinces. which is 16 kilometers in length, 20 meters in depth, and 61 square kilometers in this area. It is situated at an altitude of 2.060 meters. The Khorgo-Terkhiin Tsagaan Nuur National park was established to protect the spectacular mountain scenery and endangered species of fauna and flora. The area has extinct volcanoes, many beautiful lakes, a great number of animals and birds, and is definitely one of the best natural tourist attractions. Khorgo is a unique natural complex (2240 m)National Park surrounded by the Khangai Mountains, which is 3000 meters above sea level. In the craters some of them are very tiny crystal- cleared lakes. The Khorgo crater, situated at an altitude of 2.210 meters with a diameter of 20 meters and depth of 70 to 80 meters, is the most stunning.

Day 1
Khugnu Khan Nature Reserve ( Elsen Tasarkhai )
We'll drive to Mount Khogno Khan Nature Reserve in the afternoon. On reaching the mountain after a couple of hours you will arrive at a nomadic family ger in front of this beautifully forested rocky mountain. The mountain is home to hundreds of birds, deer, and gazelle. You'll be able to go hiking around the area or to the small sand dunes nearby called " Elsen tasarkhai".
Day 2
Kharkhorin city (Erdene zuu monastery)
We'll drive to Mount Khogno Khan Nature Reserve in the afternoon. On reaching the mountain after a couple of hours you will arrive at a nomadic family ger in front of this beautifully forWe'll drive to Kharkhorin, an ancient capital of Mongolia. The Erdenezuu Monastery was the first Buddhist monastery in Mongolia. Its construction began in 1586, but the monastery was not totally finished until 300 years later. The building of the monastery was done with stones from the ancient capital Kharkhorin only. Around 60 temples used to be inside its walls, but the Stalinist purges destroyed many, and only 18 of them remained untouched. Nowadays, the monastery is reopened for Buddhist monks and also for visitorsested rocky mountains. The mountain is home to hundreds of birds, deer, and gazelle. You'll be able to go hiking around the area or to the small sand dunes nearby called " Elsen tasarkhai".
Day 3
Tsenkher Hot spring
We’ll drive to Tsenkher hot spring. You’ll be able to relax by taking a natural hot bath in the hot spring water. Stay at ger camp at Tsenkher hot spring.
Day 4
Great White lake ( Terkhiin Tsagaan Nuur)

Day 5
Hiking to Khorgo Volcano
We'll go hiking from the lake Great White to the Khorgo volcano. You'll be able to go down and climb up the Khorgo craters, also it's great to go around the volcano.
Day 6
Ugii lake
We’ll drive to the Lake Ugii where you can enjoy some hiking. On the way, we’ll take a break at an interesting huge rock called “Taikhar” in the steppe.
Day 7
Go back to Ulaanbaatar
We will drive to Ulaanbaatar.
PLEASE NOTE:
The difference between a comfortable tour and budget tour relates primarily to the accommodation type. Within a budget tour all accommodation will be with a nomadic family in their Ger. While a comfortable tour includes accommodation at Ger camps which are similar to a 3-4 star hotel standard. Finally the Mid-Range tour mixes Comfortable and Budget, where you will stay some nights in the traditional Ger with a nomadic family and others in a Ger camp.
