By making a booking with us, you enter into an agreement with Idre Tour Mongolia. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully.
1. Booking Terms
– By confirming a booking that includes more than one traveler, the person making the booking is deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions on behalf of all travelers listed in the booking.
– A booking is considered confirmed once Idre Tour Mongolia has received the required deposit, typically 30% of the total tour price, and the client has received written confirmation from Idre Tour Mongolia.
– The remaining balance of the tour price must be paid upon arrival in Mongolia unless otherwise agreed in writing.
– The client confirming the booking must be at least 18 years of age and agree to provide full, complete, and accurate information as requested by Idre Tour Mongolia to confirm the booking.
2. Cancellation Policy
Budget Tours
– More than 14 days before the tour start date — Cancellation will receive a full refund of the deposit.
– 14 to 8 days before the tour start date — Cancellation will receive a 50% refund of the deposit.
– 7 days or less before the tour start date — Cancellation is non-refundable and the deposit will be retained.
Mid-Range & Comfort Tours
– 31 days or more before the tour start date — Cancellation will receive a full refund.
– 30 to 21 days before the tour start date — Cancellation will incur a fee equal to 10% of the total tour price.
– 20 to 11 days before the tour start date — Cancellation will incur a fee equal to 20% of the total tour price.
– 10 days or less before the tour start date — Cancellation will incur a fee equal to 30% of the total tour price.
