Bayanzag Flaming Cliffs is located in Southern Mongolia. Bayanzag Flaming cliffs is one of the most famous palaeontological sites in the world. Bayan-Zag means “rich in Saxaul Shrubs” it is more commonly known as the “Flaming Cliffs” of Bayan-Zag. The American paleontologist Roy Chapman Andrews who visited there in the 1920s has made this place famous as the first discovery of dinosaur fossils in Mongolia. It’s a great place for hiking and you will able to see a beautiful sunset there.
