If you have confirmed a booking for any tour with more than one client, you will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions on behalf of all other clients named in that booking. A booking is considered confirmed, and these terms will apply once Idre Tour Mongolia has received the applicable deposit from the client — typically 30% of the total tour price — and the client has received written confirmation of the booking from Idre Tour Mongolia.
The client confirming the booking must be at least 18 years of age and agree to provide full, complete, and accurate information as requested by Idre Tour Mongolia to confirm the booking.
